Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stitch Press Studio! We are committed to providing you with high-quality custom embroidery, heat application, and screen printing products. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are made to your exact design and specifications. Because of their personalized nature, all sales of custom products are final once production begins. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  • Design Approval: Before production, you will receive a digital proof or sample for your approval. Please review it carefully. Once approved, production will proceed, and changes or cancellations cannot be made.

  • Defects & Errors: If your custom order arrives with a defect or error clearly caused by Stitch Press Studio (e.g., incorrect design, color mismatch, poor workmanship), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement or partial refund.

 

Stitch Press Studio Original Designs

Our original designs are eligible for returns, refunds, and exchanges (if possible) under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached

  • Item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receipt

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@stitchpressstudio.com. Please note: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Customer-approved designs or proofs

  • Minor variations in color or placement inherent to embroidery or printing processes

  • Damage caused by improper care or handling after delivery

  • Change of mind or ordering errors

  • Items with removed tags or stickers

  • Products showing discoloration, staining, damage, or signs of wear

 

Damages and Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product through our store.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued after Stitch Press Studio has received and inspected the returned product. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
