We are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized products crafted to your specifications. Please carefully review the following terms regarding order processing, production, shipping, and delivery.

Order Processing & Production Time

For in-stock, pre-manufactured items, orders typically ship within 5 business days from the date of order placement.
For custom orders requiring material sourcing and production, no guaranteed shipping timeframe is provided. Production times vary depending on order complexity, material availability, and current order volume. Stitch Press Studio shall not be liable for any delays arising from these factors.

Shipping & Delivery

For in-stock items, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
For custom orders, shipping costs are calculated after production is complete, and clients will receive a separate shipping invoice at that time.
Full payment of all shipping fees is required prior to shipment. Stitch Press Studio reserves the right to withhold shipment of any order until all shipping charges have been paid in full.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Stitch Press Studio will select the most cost-effective shipping method available. Customers may request alternative shipping methods; however, any additional costs or changes must be approved and paid in advance.
Delivery dates and times provided by carriers are estimates only. Stitch Press Studio is not responsible for delays, damages, loss, or failure to deliver caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Order Updates

Stitch Press Studio will provide order status updates and notify customers when orders ship, including tracking information when available.
In the event of significant delays or issues, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stitch Press Studio disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from shipping delays, lost or damaged shipments, or any failure to deliver on time.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Stitch Press Studio is not liable for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
